Squirrel Tree Services removed approximately 20 pines that were infested with beetles and pruned 16 hardwood trees. I am beyond thrilled with their work! They went over and above – my property was left spotless. More importantly, George was available and involved from the quote to the end of the job, listened to my concerns and made appropriate suggestions based on his years of experience.
Nancy, who runs the office, is amazing. She was the only person who actually followed up with me after I got the quote to see if I had any questions and ask for my business. Not one other company even bothered to give me a call. Nancy even helped with getting approval from the City of Milton, and stayed in regular contact with me as we went through that process.
I interviewed and got quotes from 7 companies. I requested proof of liability and workers comp insurance, and a copy of the business license from each company (as is required from the City of Milton and should be required by the homeowner who assumes huge risk if a company is not properly insured). Two never provided the documents and one provided a hand written form and said that their business license had lapsed because they “didn’t have time” to renew it. Another had liability only because “their workers are contractors so they didn’t need workers comp”.
I feel that I paid a very fair price for the amount and quality of work done. Quite simply, I will never again even bother calling another company when I need tree work done.

I had several trees up against my house and in my backyard and one big dead tree right in my front yard. Squirrel Tree Services had left me a flyer on my door a few weeks ago, so I decided to try them. George came out for a quote and was very friendly. We agreed to a price very quickly. The team came removed the trees in a clean and professional manner.I called Squirrel Tree Services again a few weeks later in order to grind the stump from the dead tree in the front yard. They came out when they said they would and did a great job.
